Watervliet City Council starts 2025 strong; DPW tackles the task of removing old pavilion at Hays Park, City Mgr. announces potential partnership with TextMyGov in the future

At the Jan. 7, 2025 Watervliet City Commissioners’ business meeting, Rory Bell from the Department of Public Works (DPW) reported on a long list of tasks that were completed by the DPW employees. Some of the highlighted tasks were the completion of some ADA compliance issues, the removal of the aged pavilion at Hays Park, and the removal of two trees that were hindering the proper care of the dock on Paw Paw River.
