Special Events Ordinance back to Watervliet Township Planning Commission; PFAS still an issue

The Special Events Ordinance second reading was tabled at the Watervliet Charter Township board meeting on Monday, June 17, 2024 and sent back to the Planning Commission after hearing from Bob Lohr, Zoning Administrator for the township and a read request from Matt Quinn at Great Lakes Drone Company. Quinn had significant concerns regarding the current Special Events Ordinance as written.
