The Coloma City Council’s last meeting of 2024 took place on December 23 at Coloma City Hall, where projects and purchases for 2025 were discussed.
Upcoming purchases for 2025
The first upcoming purchase of note mentioned in the meeting was that of an MDOT bucket truck, intended to be used for city leaf pickup. Issues with the city’s current leaf pickup vehicle have been ongoing over the past three months. Coloma City Mayor Marsha Hammond mentioned that the city is also looking into purchasing a new leaf vac.
