Robert “Bob” Fredricks, 78, of Benton Township died Friday, October 6, 2023, at the Hanson Hospice Center in Lincoln Township.
Services celebrating his life was held Friday, Oct. 13, at the Fairplain Chapel of Florin Funeral Service in Benton Township with Rev. Jeffrey Hubers of the St. Joseph First Congregational Church officiating. Burial followed in Crystal Springs Cemetery. Please share memories or messages at www.florin.net.
Bob was born on Dec. 8, 1944 in Benton Harbor to Arthur and Elsie Fredricks. He was a machine operator for Whirlpool Corp. for 43 years and retired in 2007. Bob at one time owned and operated a pool hall in Watervliet. He enjoyed going to the casinos with Life Partner, Rod. Bob loved his dog, Peanut. He also loved and enjoyed his extended family. He will be missed by his family and friends.
His family includes his Life Partner, Rod Reynolds; his children, Rob Fredricks Jr., of Hartford, and Randi (Mick) Williams, of Hartford; his brothers, Walter Fredricks of Riverside, Dale Fredricks of Coloma, and Larry Fredricks of Sister Lakes; his sisters, Richie Fredricks of Coloma and Julie Fredricks of Sister Lakes; his two grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Rosemary Johnson.
