Positive outcomes and accomplishments discussed at the Coloma Charter Township meeting clouded by accusations aimed at Police Chief Smigielski and the township board

Trustee Bryan Duffield reported to the Coloma Charter Township Board on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024 that Coloma and Watervliet townships have been advised by consultants that sediment accumulation in the M-140 and Hagar Shore Road drain needs to be removed at a cost of $18,000. The Coloma Township board approved a motion to divide the cost of the clean-out project with the special assessment group and Watervliet Township.
