On Saturday, Oct. 7, from 11:00 a.m. to noon in Ely Park, the voters from the City of Hartford will get the chance to hear a presentation from each of the candidates for the open seats on the City Commission. Candidates on hand will address the audience with a presentation about them, their candidacy, and any issues that they feel are critical for the November 7 election.
