On Tuesday, Feb. 20, the Hartford City Commissioners held their business meeting. The city officials in attendance were Mayor Richard Hall, Mayor Pro Tem John Miller, and Commissioners Frank Dockter, Charles Weeden, Lindsy Morsaw, Nancy Spoula, and Jane Danger. RoxAnn Rodney-Isbrecht, the City Clerk, and Pam Shultz, the City Treasurer, were also in attendance.
