Jorine was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 16, 1947 to Joseph and Irine Saufl. Following high school, she went on to earn her degree as a registered nurse and worked in several doctor offices and nursing homes. She and Gary Rollins were married in February 1975 and just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Jorine loved her grandchildren. She also loved gardening, teaching cooking schools, shopping for great deals and trips to the Oregon coast. Jorine was the most loving, warm, generous, forgiving, accepting, and joyful prayer warrior that ever lived. Everyone she met became a friend as she let God shine through her. She will be terribly missed by many.
Jorine is survived by her husband Gary; daughters Allison Poole of St. Joseph, Heather (James) Robinson of Littleton, CO, and Katie Rollins of Ft. Wayne, IN; her brother Jay Saufl of Palm Springs, CA, and four grandchildren, Mia, Gabe, Corey and Daphne.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Judy Saufl.
