Boys Soccer wins District
The Hartford Husky men’s varsity soccer team began postseason action during last week’s important seven-day stretch. The team finished #9 in the state in their division.
Their district semifinal match saw the team travel to Berrien Springs on Monday, Oct. 14 for a matchup against Dowagiac. The Huskies went up against the Chieftains, with whom they have a history of facing in the regular season, but, not-so-much come postseason time. The match would go the full, eighty minutes, but it was all Huskies, as they pitched a shutout for the tenth time this season, 6-nil.
