Men’s soccer team scores two wins, one draw in opening week
Last week, the Hartford Husky men’s varsity soccer team made their debut for the 2024 campaign, as the squad competed in three matches during their opening week on the pitch.
In their first match of the week, the team traveled to Fennville on Monday, Aug. 19 for a non-conference match. The Huskies and the Blackhawks have played competitive matches in recent years, including a 4-1 decision that favored the team in green and white last fall, and this would be no different. The first half was scoreless, thanks to a valiant defensive effort by both teams.
