Hartford police chief investigation confirms missing opioids; case ongoing

First reported in the Tri-City Record in July 2022, the Hartford police chief, Tressa Beltran, had been placed on administrative leave that started on June 30, 2022 following the results of a seizure that yielded both prescription medications and electronics from the city’s police department.
