Hartford Council approves Water Rate Study to aid in complying with Michigan’s Lead and Copper Rule

On Tuesday, May 9, 2023 the Hartford City Commissioner’s business meeting was called to order promptly at 7:30 p.m. after reciting the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Richard Hall.
