Hagar Township aims to address the erosion problem, appoints members to the Board of Review, and sets to gain a .gov domain

The Hagar Township Board of Trustees, at their monthly board meeting on Dec. 9, 2024, moved to approve a recommendation by the Parks Committee to accept a proposal from Peterson & VanDenberg Environmental, LLC to schedule and host an onsite meeting at Hagar Park with representatives from EGLE and the Parks Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to review the current erosion conditions, the preliminary drawings and cross sections, and to review the recommended best course of action, at the cost of $1,100.
