The thirteenth week of action in the Tri-City Record’s Armchair Quarterback contest has been contested, as our diehards attempted to pick the winner of two local high school playoff, five collegiate and three professional football games that dotted the calendar. All six of our accomplished panelists passed this tough weekly test correctly picking no less than six games. However, once again, we needed a tiebreaker to determine the top five finishing order!
