Ben Rimes, Director of Technology and School Improvement at Coloma Community Schools (CCS), shared many of the technological changes that have taken place at CCS since 2000. Twenty five years ago chalkboards and whiteboards were the most common forms of writing and displaying information in the classroom. Overhead projectors and transparencies were the most advanced technology tools in classrooms. Today the overhead projectors have been replaced by Epson digital video projectors in every room which enables teachers to display anything from their computers to the class.
