Douglas Darwin Healy, 69, of Homosassa, Florida, passed away Aug. 20, 2023.
Douglas was born in Memorial Hospital in Benton Harbor, Michigan on June 24, 1954 to Ottis Leroy Healy and Wanda Lee Healy. Douglas graduated in 1972 from Watervliet High School.
Douglas moved to Tuscan,
Arizona in 1985. He went to work as a maintenance coordinator for Honeywell_Garrel Aerospace. He retired after 25 years.
Douglas leaves behind two sons, Kristopher Scott Healy and Brian Andrew Healy; two grandsons, Liam and Conner Healy; his mother, Wanda Healy; sisters, Pamela (Jeff Shafer) and Brenda (Mark Brouder); brother, David (Missy) Healy; five nieces and two nephews.
Douglas was preceded in death by his father, Ottis Leroy Healy and sister, Diana Lynn Schmid.
Douglas will be laid to rest in Homosassa, FL.
