He graduated from George Washington High School in 1967 and went on to earn a B.A. in Physics from Temple University, followed by a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Philadelphia Bible College. His professional life was as diverse as it was impactful, with roles at Radiation Management Co., Niagara Mohawk Nuclear Plant, D.C. Cook, and Bartlet Nuclear. For 19 years, he inspired readers with his column “Spiritual Compass Points” in the Tri-City Record.

David was a dedicated member of the Light Bearers Association and the Gideons, reflecting his unwavering faith and commitment to community service. He was a man of many interests, finding joy in fishing with his sons, camping with his family, and capturing the beauty of life through black and white photography, for which he received several awards. His love for adventure extended to metal detecting, racquetball, and candle making. Above all, David was a devoted father who prioritized his sons’ lives, always making time for them despite his busy schedule.
