The Coloma City Council met for their regular bi-monthly meeting on Sept. 9, 2024 where Coloma firefighter, Roger Jordan announced that the station’s Public Fire Alarm System has been repaired; however, it is not in service. The council made a motion to fix the alarm in June after concern was brought to their attention by residents following a tornado that caused devastation in Kalamazoo County in May.
