Berrien Community Foundation is now accepting applications for its For Good Grant program, which are due April 1, 2025.

“Last year we were able to fund over 40 very different projects that enhanced lives across the county through our For Good Grants program,” said Berrien Community Foundation President Lisa Cripps-Downey. “BCF grants focus on the whole spectrum of what we believe makes our community a wonderful place to live, work and play – everything from the arts to education to caring for our seniors. It is so powerful to see what those gifts can do for our community.”

For Good Grants come in two sizes: major and minor. For Good “Major” Grants are available for amounts between $1,500 and $15,000 and have a longer, standard form. For Good “Minor” Grants are for amounts up to $1,500 and use a simpler form. These grant opportunities are open to 501c3 nonprofit organizations, schools, religious organizations doing community work and government organizations serving residents of Berrien County.
